The Rentable Guest Suite is located in the LeMarchant Towers building. It has its own separate entrance, small patio and comes with a parking spot. It is a bachelor suite with a full-size bed, walk in closet, shower, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi & TV. Perfect for friends and family who want to visit tenants living in the building. The suite can accommodate up to 2 people maximum.

Reservations & Payments:

• Guest suite only available to current tenants of LeMarchant Towers

• Reservations must be made well in advance with the leasing office. Availability is a first-come, first served basis and are only guaranteed once payment is received. 

• Only Interac Etransfers will be accepted as the method of payment for the guest suite rental

• Check in & check out times can be flexible (if possible), but generally 11am check out, 3pm check in. 

• Price is flat rate of $130/night, minimum 2 night stay (cleaning fee & tax included) 

• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation after you've already paid, you will be refunded 50% of your payment.​
